Day 26: If you could be able to work one spell without a wand what would it be.

I have no idea…maybe accio? I always find myself wishing I could summon things to myself.

Day 27: Would you rather own The Invisibility Cloak, The Resurrection Stone or The Elder Wand.

If I was a wizard, I would want the invisibility cloak. I would have no need for any of the other things. Now, I would want the Elder Wand because it would be some sort of validation that I belonged in the wizarding world.

Day 28: Do you listen to Wizard Wrock, what do you think about it.

I’ve listened to some of it, and I really like it. I think it’s a fun way to relate to the characters and their stories.

Day 21: Out of all the characters that died, if you could bring one back, who would it be.

Fred Weasley. I thought about choosing Lupin or Tonks, but I would hate to have one exist without the other when they’ve both struggled so hard when they were together. Harry as Teddy’s godfather is also a beautiful correlation between Harry’s parents, his generation and the new generation.

Day 22: Harry Potter or Twilight

Harry Potter without a doubt. I don’t really think this questions deserves much explanation.

Day 23: Any part of the books/movies that makes you cry.

I cry the whole way through the 7th book, I cried when Dumbly died, and I cried at the end of 4 and 5. I cried hysterically when Dobby and Hedwig died in the movie.

Day 24: Any particular scene you wished would have been put in the movie but it wasn’t.

There are so many that it’s hard to pick just one. I really missed the house elf plot line in the 4th movie. The book was so much more and had so much more to offer than what was shown in the movies. I feel the same way about the 5th movie too. Even in the beginning, I wish there had been more to the hearing and his visit at the burrow. It feel like so many of the scenes were rushed.

Day 25: Nineteen years later. Are you happy how it turned out, or do you wish something was different, ie Neville married Luna.

I am happy with how it turned out. I don’t think I will ever be happy knowing what I know and always want more, but I think JKR gave us a pretty good insight into what is now.

Day 13: Least fave movie.

I absolutely love the Prisoner of Azkaban, the book; however, I hate the way Alfonso completely morphed the set and feel of the Harry Potter movies. The third one feels like an outcast even compared to the later films. I feel like he treated it as only his creation without considering what had already been created for him.

Day 14: Team Voldemort or Team Harry.

Team Harry.

Day 15: Who would be your best friends at Hogwarts. (three only)

Ron, Dean, and Ginny I think. I think I would get along with all three of them, but I also think I’m very similar to Hermione and Ginny, which makes this question difficult.

Day 16: Fave professor

McGonnagal without a doubt. She is strong, powerful and I love the moments when her soft side shows. She truly cares about her students which is why she’s so stern with them.

Day 17: Are you excited about The Deathly Hallows movie or scared it won’t do the book justice.

I’m so scared it won’t do the book justice. I’ve already seen a lot from the previews I know they changed, and I think they were too scared to take the risk to just stay true to the books. There’s parts where I think they tried to compete with lord of the rings, and they shouldn’t have. Two different stories with two different feels.

Day 18: Least fave book.

Maybe Chamber of Secrets? I think I appreciate this one much more after reading Deathly Hallows. It’s hard to appreciate it without 7, but I just think I like all the other ones more not that I don’t like it.

Day 19: Do you prefer the books or films.

Books, always the books.

Day 20: If you had to meet one member of the cast, who would it be.

Rupert Grint. I’ve always loved him as an actor, and I think he’s brilliant. he is truly talented and has a knack for comedy.

Day 9: Least fave male character.

Gilderoy Lockhart is my least favorite male character. He exemplifies everything I hate, and I can’t stand his pompous curly hair and fake smile. He is obnoxious, annoying, and a coward. I was rather pleased when Ron’s wand backfired on him.

Day 10: Horcruxes or Hallows.

I think these go hand in hand, and I think Dumbledore and Harry knew that too. Of course the horcruxes had to be destroyed first, and Voldemort would continue to exist without their destruction, but I think the hallows were a very important piece to his downfall. Voldemort chased the Elder Wand thinking it would give him the ultimate power he’d need to defeat Harry, but in the end, Harry had earned each of them. It gave him the strength to defeat Voldemort and gave him the solitude and peace he needed to sacrifice himself.

Day 11: What character would you say you are most like.

Saying Hermione would be too easy, but we do have similar attributes. I think recently, I have become more and more like Ginny (in the books). I am fiery, strong, and willing to fight for what’s right.

Day 12: Fave ship.

Molly and Arthur Weasley. They are the most loving parents and welcoming family. Harry deserved to finally be a real part of their family. *Mollywobbles*

Day 5: Fave male character and why.

Ron has always been my favorite. He is always overshadowed by Harry’s fame and Hermione’s brilliance, but he welcomes Harry and Hermione into his home and his family and is a loyal friend.

My second favorite is Dean Thomas. I don’t know why, but I’ve always to know more about him and his friendship with Seamus. His father left him and his mother and was trying to be recruited by death eaters and was eventually killed. He never knew his dad was a wizard and had to run from the ministry when the Muggle Born Registration Commission came out.

Day 6: What house would you want to be in.

Gryffindor. I think people choose this because they want to be like Harry and Gryffindors are often presented as the best house, but when I first read the Sorting Hat’s song, Gryffindor sounded like me and everything I want to be—courage, bravery, loyalty, nerve and chivalry. My second choice is Ravenclaw, and I think it’s honestly a close second. The sorting hat probably would have taken an extra moment to sort me.

Day 7: Fave female character and why.

I think the obvious choice here is Hermione. I’ve always loved Hermione, and I’ve always aspired to be just like her. She’s smart, loyal, clever, and an incredible friend. When I first started reading the books when I was 10, I felt better about who I was because Hermione was so confident in who she was.

Day 8: What do you think would be your fave lesson.

My favorite class would probably be transfiguration or charms.
